In May 2004, four chums united in a garage in the outskirts of Circleville, Ohio.

Justin Bloomfield, Chad Lindsey, Nick Dean and Zach Mettler wanted to do their part to breathe new life into a fading central Ohio music scene. With the addition of Jordan Poling to drums and Zach moving to guitar, the clubs began to fill and the fan base was growing! Zach's departure from the band brought in newcomer John Mills on guitar in 2006. Sourblood's popularity was growing as fast as the music was progressing. Now in the summer of 2007 we have parted ways with drummer Jordan Poling and Jerry Davis takes over the kit. With the addition of Jerry to the band the music has become even more BRUTAL, FASTER and HEAVIER THAN BEFORE!!! Columbus is only the start... With the help of all our fans, friends, and family along the way, the progression that is Sourblood continues each day. Wherever you may be, keep your eyes and ears open because we’re coming your way and chaos and madness are our roadies!!!
